What the Be Quiet card means
Silence can feel uncomfortable when you are used to filling every gap with music, scrolling, advice or analysis. Be Quiet asks for a small space where nothing new enters.
You may not hear an angelic voice. You may simply notice the thought that has been trying to finish itself all day. That can be enough.

This card appears when you are asking many people the same question, consuming endless content, or feeling mentally crowded by competing voices.

Quiet ritual: five minutes, no phone, no music, no task. Sit somewhere comfortable and let the mind settle on its own. At the end, write the first sentence that feels important. Do not judge it yet.
