What the Pray card means
Prayer can be a request, but it can also be a place to put what you cannot carry neatly. You do not need perfect words. You can speak, write, whisper, sit silently or simply admit: I do not know what to do with this.
The value of prayer is not in performing certainty. It is in making space for humility, hope and connection when your own answers feel small.
When it tends to appear
Pray tends to appear when you have reached the edge of what planning and analysing can do, or when you need comfort more than another solution.
