This card often appears when everything has begun to feel like a task, when you are over-monitoring yourself, or when you have forgotten the version of you who does things simply because they are fun.
Something to sit with
Play ritual: do one mildly ridiculous thing on purpose—sing badly, dance while cooking, send a friend a silly voice note. What would become lighter if you stopped treating it like a test?
